Rahsia Sebenar Kenaikan Harga Gula

Malaysia Barat
Tuesday, 29 Oct 2013

Alleluia! Allah Taala is Allowed In Sabah and sarawak

KUALA LUMPUR
Friday, 15th January 2010

Alleluia! Thanks to Tuhan Allah for allowing us in Sabah and Sarawak to still  praise our god in Allah Taala.
This decision was told by Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri, the minister in the Prime Minister's Department to a group of KTS journalists from The Borneo Post, Oriental Daily and Utusan Borneo at his office in Kuala Lumpur yesterday, Thursday, 14th January 2010.
According to the minister, the word Allah is allowed in sabah and sarawak because the government accepts that the natives in these two states have traditionally been using it in their prayers and religious services, and the Muslims in the two states are accustomed to this practices.
"Christians in sarawak and Sabah need not worry over this issue because it is a common tradition there. I have been to an Iban church services and I heard the word Allah used there", he said.
Christians in sarawak BEWARE, this decision could by BN strategy to win Sarawak state election which is due in 2011!..Bukittunggal.com
Looking back at this issue, it all started because the government and UMNO political leaders did not make any effort to stop it from broiling. UMNO leaders like Muhyiddin, Wanita chief Shahrizat Abdul Jalil, Jerlun MP Mukhriz Mahathir and former Selangor mentri besar Khir Toyo slammed the court ruling. The action of these UMNO leaders has instigated the extreme Muslims in the country to take violence actions against the Christians' churches in the country.

A Group of journalists from Sarawak that met Datuk Nazri in his Office

So far 9 churches have been attacked by the  "extremist Muslim" in Malaysia. The latest attack occurred in Johore on Thursday, 14th January 2010 when the St Elizabeth Catholic Church in Kota Tinggi was splashed with red paint.
The way how the UMNO lead government handle this  delicate issue is also questionable. They allowed the muslims to protest on the High Court decision by demonstration but did not allow the Christians in Penampang Sabah to do the same thing. Some desperade UMNO Muslims (Who hide behind 13 NGO who are mostly Muslims) even asked the Yang DiPertuan Agong (King) and  the Malay Sultans to interfere with High Court decision. So far Najib (our beloves Prime Minister...1Malaysia) has done nothing to difuse the tension while at the same time wasting government monies on 1Malaysia Promotion Program nationwide.
In Sarawak and Sabah, the leaders in these two states blame the Muslims in Semenanjung for their disagreements with the court decision and their violence actions to the christian churches. Both leaders in the two states condemned the attack of the churches in Peninsular. But the leaders in Peninsular Malaysia keep blaming and accused the Catholic Herald responsible for what is happenning now in Malaysia. Some of them, to name one of them Brigadier General (Rtd) Datuk Jamil Khir Baharom, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department  even asked the Catholic Herald/Christians to drop the word Allah and said the word should be reserved for Muslim use in Malaysia.
Today, I want to share with the readers of this blog, the personal opinion of one of the Christian follower from Malaysia about this  issue. Being the christian myself, and I believe many of the Christians in Malaysia also share the same opinion with him, please read his opinion below :-

UMNO TRULY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RECENT ATTACKS ON PLACES OF WORSHIP!!!

WHAT HAPPEN TO THE AL-ISLAM CULPRITS?

It all started when the UMNO led government decided to Ban the Herald Weekly from using the word Allah in it`s publication recently. For generations Christians in Malaysia have been using this word to refer to God in the Bahasa Malaysia Language. Bibles and Christian religious materials containing the word Allah has been confiscated and barred from entering the country.

The attack is on the Christians by the UMNO Government. UMNO is lack of Muslim Teachings. I think UMNO only calls them self-Muslims but they do not practice their Faith. Because if they did, they would know from the very beginning that Islam does not Prohibits other religion from using the word Allah. This is proven in the Holy Quran of Islam. There are many incidents in the Holy Quran where non- Muslims professes the word Allah. This whole issue is not about religion but about politics. It`s about power crazy. It`s about gaining the supports of the Malay by a cheap way.
UMNO is so desperate to gain back all the states that it had loose in the last General Elections, thus they will create issues and create problems in the country in order to portray them self’s as hero`s of the Malays. There is nothing sensitive about the Issue. Religion is something to be shared about and it must involve dialogs and personal sharing. It is UMNO whom all this while had made this issue a sensitive issue and played the race cards.
This is a special gift to the Sabahans and Sarawakians. A special gift for voting them in during the last General Elections. This is UMNO`s way of Saying thank you. Ban you from using the word Allah and confiscate all your religious materials containing the word Allah.
When Bersih, HINDRAF and GMI organised peaceful street demonstration, Najib says this is not our Culture and we would arrest all those involved. But last week when the court declared that the order of the ban on the word Allah by the home ministry is null and void, Najib says it`s ok to protest and that he can’t stop people from protesting.
With no shame they change their tune of speaking. This is because they think Malaysians are stupid. They know Malaysians forget very fast. They think Malaysians are dumb and will support their government even thou they are corrupted and racist.
Their actions brings shame to their religion. They are rots that will tarnished their religions name. I salute those from PAS recently whom had made visits to the Catholic Churches and explain their stand on the Issue. The Party Islam SeMalaysia (PAS) supports the court ruling conditionally to allow non- Muslim to use the word Allah.
This stand is based on the Islamic teaching of their Prophet Muhammad.
Kita tidak boleh melarang mereka menggunakan perkataan Allah di kalangan mereka sendiri, dalam ibadat mereka dan amalan mereka...Tuan Guru Haji Abdul Hadi Awang
Dato Seri Anwar Ibrahim recently had also declared that it is not wrong for the non-Muslims to use the word after clarifying with religious expert worldwide.

Prophet Muhammad’s Promise to Christians

In 628 AD, a delegation from St. Catherine’s Monastery came to Prophet Muhammed and requested his protection. He responded by granting them a charter of rights, The document below is reproduced in its entirety.
“This is a message from Muhammad ibn Abdullah, as a covenant to those who adopt Christianity, near and far, we are with them.
Verily I, the servants, the helpers, and my followers defend them, because Christians are my citizens; and by God! I hold out against anything that displeases them.
No compulsion is to be on them. Neither are their judges to be removed from their jobs nor their monks from their monasteries. No one is to destroy a house of their religion, to damage it, or to carry anything from it to the Muslims’ houses.
Should anyone take any of these, he would spoil God’s covenant and disobey His Prophet. Verily, they are my allies and have my secure charter against all that they hate.
No one is to force them to travel or to oblige them to fight. The Muslims are to fight for them. If a female Christian is married to a Muslim, it is not to take place without her approval. She is not to be prevented from visiting her church to pray. Their churches are to be respected. They are neither to be prevented from repairing them nor the sacredness of their covenants.
No one of the nation (Muslims) is to disobey the covenant till the Last Day (end of the world).”
This document clearly states the understanding that the Prophet had on the Christians. But what do we see today in Malaysia?
Churches being bombed and vandalised by paint and stones. This is truely not the teaching of Islam, and a true Muslim whom knows his faith well will not conduct such a barbaric act. Please take away your wrong perception on Islam and instead focus on the people itself whom conducts such acts.
The PR government which consist of PAS, Keadilan and DAP has condemned the attacks and also told all its supporters to not take part in the protest held nationwide. But UMNO has been using it`s media to create tensions among the races in Malaysia. Now who to blame? UMNO or ISLAM?
Definitely not Islam because Islam does not teaches such acts. It was UMNO from the very beginning whom created this issue. Look at our Christians Schools today. Most of the Crucifix has been removed. Our rights in this country has been taken away. What 1 Malaysia is UMNO talking about.

WHAT HAPPEN TO THE AL-ISLAM CULPRITS?

It has been day`s since the attack on churches had occurred and till now, no one has been arrested or charged. The police and the Government keeps on lying and makes the Rakyat a fool by it`s propaganda and gives stupid reasons.
This was what that happen during the Al-Islam Issue when two Muslim Spy from the Utusan Group entered the Church, received the Holy Communion and spat it out. Report was lodged by Me and Joachim. Till today, no action is taken against the journalist. There is enough prove to charge both of them in court.
Why has there been still no action taken against the culprits. When we question the Police, they say that investigations are completed and the papers has been submitted to the AG Chambers. So what is the AG waiting for? Waiting for another Church to be bombed?
Till today the culprit whom is responsible for the false SMS in the issue on the convert of Muslims in Silibin Church has not been brought to justice. The government is supporting all this act, but when in public talks crap about the 1 Malaysia concept.
If true1 Malaysia why has there been no action taken against all those involved in this incidents across the country?
Enough is enough! Enough of your grandma and grandpa stories. Enough of fooling the rakyat.
You are power crazy. You will do anything to hold on to power. You will even kill to gain control of that seat. The time will come when you will be striped of your powers and titles. The day will come when victory will be upon the good.
You will be defeated until dust and there will be nothing left for you. This is prophecy! There will be no UMNO heard, but the spirit of Bangsa Malaysia will flood every streets in this country.
I thank all my Muslims brothers and sisters whom have come forward to show your love and care towards us. We the Christians and other Malaysians truly have not hurt feelings against your religion. We respect and understand you all.
We must be united in the Malaysian Spirit and fight against all kind of racism and religion politics. You and we are from the decedents of Adam, Eve and Abraham. It is that same one God that has created you and me. All of us will on the last day be revealed the truth and there after meet Allah in Heaven.
Lets unite together at this moments and obey the teachings of our own faith sincerely.

Why Muslims in Malaysia Do Not Allow Christians to Use Word Allah

During a briefing to a group of  96 representatives of foreign missions in Kuala Lumpur on Tuesday, 12th January 2010, home ministry secretary-general Mahmood Adam told the diplomats that the use of the word 'Allah' is exclusive to Muslims in Malaysia.
He added that the conditions are different in Malaysia from those in neighboring Indonesia or in Arab nations where “Allah” is the common term for God.

So the only reason is ....Malaysia is different from other countries.....the KETUANAN MELAYU=ISLAM.

Bagan Pinang By-Election-The Fight Between Quality Leader and Convicted Corrupt Leader

"To the Voters in Bagan Pinang , Let's Make the Score to 9-1"

Bagan Pinang by election is a ninth by-election since 2008 General Elections. It was triggering by the suidden demised of the BN state assemblyman Azman Mohd. Noor due to heart attack at the Seremban Specialist Centre on September 4, 2009.
The Election Commission has fixed the polling day on October 11 2009. On the nomination day on October 3, only 2 candidates submitted their nomination paper. UMNO picked their former Negri Sembilan Mentri Besar Tan Sri Isa Samad to contest the Bagan Pinang by-election.

Isa Samad currently is popular with the grassroots in UMNO but is tainted, having been suspended for three years from the party for buying votes during the 2004 party elections.PAS on September 28, 2009 named Negri Sembilan state commissioner, Zulkefly Mohamad Omar as its candidate for the Bagan Pinang state by-election.
Based on the background for both of the candidates, it is obvious the fight in Bagan Pinang is a fight of between quality and quantity. UMNO or BN is desperate to win the by-election after losing nearly all of the by-election since 2008 General Elections which it contested. So far UMNO or BN have only won one seat out of the 8 seats that they contested (most political analysis believed that BN won batang Ai by-election was contributed  by the rampant abused of power by Taib Mahmud cronies not becaused of BN actual strength).
Even though the coming election result will not effect BN simple majority in Negeri Sembilan but BN win is going to be very important to them. UMNO will do whatever it takes to win this election. For them the quality of the candidate is not important. Tan Sri Isa image has been tainted with corruption and at first was not chosen as the candidate by UMNO HQ (Please see picture) ) but due to the pressure from his supporters in Bagan Pinang, UMNO was left with no choice but to field him as their candidate. Tan Sri Isa candidacy has been opposed by Tun Dr Mahathir, Malaysian 4th Prime Minister. Mahathir in his blog Chedet, suggested that UMNO should not fielding the Negeri Sembilan ex-Chief Minister for 22 years if the party want to be seen as serious in tackling money politic. But due to Isa Samad strong grassroot support, in order to win the election UMNO was left with no choice but to nominate it corrupt leader as it candidate.
Whereas PAS has chosen Negri Sembilan PAS commissioner Zulkefly Mohamad Omar as the candidate for the Bagan Pinang. Zulkefly, who holds a Master of Science degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia, is currently the managing director of his own consultancy, L & R Enterprise Sdn Bhd. When talking to the reporters, Zulkefly said he hoped the voters would give him a chance to lead the constituency.
“We want to bring change to the state constituency. If I am elected, I will put in my best service for the rakyat, according to their needs,” he told reporters after Abdul Hadi made the announcement.

“We are contesting this seat only to bring change to the people and it is up to the wisdom of the voters to choose who they think can best bring this change,” Zulkefly said.
In term of the background, Zulkefli is scandal free and clean if compare to Isa Samad who has been tainted with corruption. If this government is sincere in combating corruption amongst the politicians or government servant,  and if we adopt the same approach with China, Tan Sri Isa should has been punished with the DEATH PENALTY!
The voters in Bagan Pinang, the D-Day is another two more days from today. Sunday, 11th October 2009 will determine whether you will be representing by PAS candidate, the corruption free leader or by UMNO leader, the man who has been proven corrupted and dirty, aand  who during his reign as the Menteri Besar of Negeri Sembilan had recieved "kick back" from the development projects in PD.
Being the member of one of the parti in Pakatan Rakyat, this special posting will not be completed without wishing  PAS candidate a good of luck! Lets make the score to …BukitTunggal would like to wish you a Good Luck!

The Dumbness Things Ever Said or Done By Iban Politicians

Why are they So stupid and Dumb like Shit?
If we look deeper at Haji Abdul Hadi Cawat (loin cloth) remark, I tend to agree with him eventhough he was heavily criticised by some BN politicians, BN Supporters dayak community leaders and the BN supporter dayak scholars just merely because of one reason-we the dayak are being lead by a group of stupid dayak leaders, of course the one in BN I mean. Today posting, I am going to list down some of the dumbness things ever said by selected dayak leaders and their mentor Pehin Seri Abdul Taib bin Mahmud (Tok Uban). Being the mentor for stupid Iban leaders, I am going to honor Tok Uban as top of the lists, follows by Tan Sri Alfred Jabu (Jabu), Datuk Seri James Jemut Masing(Jemut) and YB Snowdan Lawan (Snowdan). I will continue with another two stupid leader, YB "Tuan" (wonder from where did he get the "tuan" title ) William Nyalau Badak (Nyalau) and YB Dr Rayong(Rayong) in my next posting.
I am honor them in this posting today not because of the contribution that they have made to their people, as most of their motives are to collect as much wealth for themselves, but because of their stupid remarks!
Tok Uban.
(1) When the most corrupted CM in Malaysia talk about corruption. Below were the excerpts of his speech read by Abang Johari Haji Open during bclosing of the 2009 Sarawak Anti-Corruption Carnival at Padang Merdeka on 12 July 2009. In his speech he said :-
“Past experiences had shown that these noble values (integrity and efficiency) had made the country do well in its economy, nevertheless, the war against corruption do not rest on the shoulders of the government and the authorities alone. It should be the concern of all. The state and the country could only wipe out corruption if everybody said ‘no’ to corruption and realised that the activity would only pull the country and its people down. Emphasis should be given to having a government whose administration and service delivery was effective and efficient with high integrity and disciplined civil servants."
Jabu Numpang
Jabu may be few Ibans graduated from the university in oversea late in the 60's. But he will be remembered as a traitor to his own community. He was responsible/involved in instrumenting the policy that marginalized the Iban/dayak. Listed below is some of his dumbness/stupidity . (1) During one of DUN sitting, he told the ADUN that Ibans in Lubok Antu, Sri Aman and Betong had expressed great concern over a sudden death of someone when Pakatan Rakyat de-facto leader Dato Sri Anwar Ibrahim visited the area on May 24. And he further added :-
"The sudden death was because PKR did not observe the adat (customs) of “meresi ulah Anwar Ibrahim” before freely bringing him there and this was regarded as adat ‘Tungkal’ to the community. The Iban customs referred to is one that requires someone like an ex-convict should be ‘cleansed’ before he could enter the longhouse or he would bring misfortune".
(2) Lim Guan Eng suggested that to set up a Dayak Endowment Board (DEB) to help the poor and marginalized Dayaks who earn less than RM200. In responding to Lim, Jabu said :-
“When people are bankrupt of ideas, they tend to say things that are unrealistic. Cannot compare Sarawak with Penang"
(3) In-Denial Of Penan Rapes Reports.
(a) First Denial, 24th September 2008. Jabu said unless the organisation was able to give specific details of their allegations, it would be a waste of time to investigate. “Show proof. Tell us where and which Penan settlement. I have not heard of such complaints from the Penan communal leaders in my many visits to ulu Baram,”! (b) Second Denial, 25th September 2008. He said that the foreign organisation making the claim was fond of sensationalising events to create stories to earn a living. I’ve just came back from the Penan areas, meeting their leaders and people but no such thing was reported to me. But if the allegations were true then the non-governmental organisation (NGO) concerned should be specific. State the logging area and who are involved. Otherwise we are just wasting our time with such an NGO preying upon any situation just to create sensationalisation without respect to the facts...respect to the truth,” !
Jemut Masing
(1) In controrary to what he said when he was in the opposition with PBDS, during one of the campaign in P202 he urged the listeners who were mostly came from the longhouses, to vote for BN as only BN could develope Sarawak! ...The Traitor! (2) When responded to Haji Hadi "Cawat" remarks, he said :-
“Calling Dayak voters uncivilised is uncalled for. It shows just how ignorant PAS is of the situation in Batang Ai. PAS is ignorant about the fact that the people there are well-educated and civilised. “It is also a very degrading statement from a person like Hadi to make. He should go to the longhouses and see the situation for himself. It is this sort of comment that is causing racial tension in Malaysia. This is totally uncalled for,”
YB N25-Dumb as Shit!
Snowdan Lawan
(1) On 17 Sep 2009, in a Breaking of Fast with a group of muslims in Balai Ringin, Snowdan Lawan said peninsula-based opposition parties continue to look down on Sarawakians despite wanting to take over the state and should therefore be rejected at the polls (Bukit Tunggal Comment- Not to sure whether his remark also targeted UMNO). He said :-
"This is the best time for us to unite and realise the truth. We must reject the opposition to show them that we (Sarawakians) are smarter than what they think,”
NCR Land Robbery ......Because we are lead by Stupid Leaders!
All The Dayak Assemblymen (ADUN) that supported Tok Uban Motions on the word "Dayak" and on NCL
(1) That supported Tok Uban motion to cancel the word DAYAK from the State Constitution. Despite many Dayak ADUN present in the DUN meeting none of them stood up to oppose this move. Some even wen much further to say that it was better without being called “DAYAK” but instead by the ethnics group like Iban, Bidayuh, Lun Bawang, Kenyah, Kayan -Berawan etc. What is the implication of such decision for the Dayak. Because of their stupidity, legally we, the dayak have no right to celebrate Gawai Dayak festival.
See How Easy Taib Mahmud and his group of robbers (to include the Iban ADUN) to rob the natives of their NCR lands. Just include the word "development" in the reason, the lands will be no longer theirs. Just imagine the lands that they enherited from their forefathers for generations...robbed by these robbers!
(2) That supported Tok Uban motion proposal on a change to the land code in 1994, 1996, 1998 and 2000. In 1994, the amendments were to empower the minister in charge of land matters to extinguish native customary rights to land, In 1996, the onus was placed on a native claimant to prove that he has customary rights to any land against a presumption that the land belongs to the State, In 1998, to pave the way for relinquishment or compulsory acquisition of land, the mechanisms for assessment and payment of compensation, and in 2000 defined the ‘native rights’ which was curiously missing in earlier legislation. The changes created the possibility of wiping away the “rights” of the Dayak to their land. What happened then - the Chief Minister influence the state Assemblymen (ADUN) plus the Dayak ADUN to vote in favour of the proposal. This is the beginning of Dayak NCL problem that still affecting the dayaks until now, unless the BN government in Sarawak is changed.Being an Iban myself, I would like to urge my fellows Iban brothers and sisters to get rid of all the dumb like shit Iban leaders from leading us. In my previous posting , I've touched on the same topic but today I would like to re-enforced it again so that we will not be lead by the same dumber and stupid leaders in the future. So VOTE THEM OUT!

Misused Of Gevernment Properties and Abused Of Power By BN Politicians Is Rampant

Resting Place for the Corrupted BN Politicians....
If we still remember last March/April 2009 in Lubok Antu, this ghost town of LA was full of cars with SG plat number. These vehicles were used for Barisan Nasional Campaign operation. But until now anyone heard that MACC (Malaysian Authority Of Car and Cow or Malaysian Anti-Chinese Commission) ever open the investigation paper or call-in someone for investigation?
Remember those two traitors from Perak who were charged by MACC for corruption? What happened to the court case..still pending for what??. See the scenario in Sarawak, the cancerous suffering Jabu beloved CM is still actively ransacking and siphoning government monies but has the MACC sprang into action?? The collapsed stadium in Trengganu, the PKFIZ scandal which cost millions or even billion of people monies, is there anyone been caught or even murdered so far??
In contrast to what happened in Pakatan ruled states such as Selangor. One blog, whereby the credibility was not certain can caused few state reps being questioned. How much monies were they alleged misappropriated? So far one casualty and one serious injury recorded.
Let's see what happened in Permatang Pasir by election. In which currently both parties are intensifying their campain to win the election. Ahmad Zahid Hamidi when reponded to PAS Vice-President Datuk Mahfuz allegation that he has been using the Armed Forces personnel and logistic for campaign, said that the armed-forces members were there for a "Project Jiwa Murni" and not to canvass votes. He must be DAMNED STUPID....why in Permatang Pasir and Why Now?. Even my primary school children know the answer why they are there....VOTE BUYING!
BN politicians all this while have been using government agencies and logistic to fulfill their political agenda, especially in Sabah and Sarawak. They can lie to people but not to god...Mahyuddin has been given the final warning...the rest of the Corrupted BN politicians, your warning might be final so DO NOT CHEAT people...

Barisan Nasional Sarawak Politic Of Development Exposed!

Kuching, Thursday, August 06, 2009.
Despite the fact that we own the most expensive and the biggest State Assembly Building in Malaysia but we cannot afford to provide the basic and most important needs for our people: the H1N1 Test Equipment.
In World Health Organization ( WHO) website on H1N1, one will realize how scary is the Novel H1N1 influenza . It is a new virus therefore human body is not immuned against it. And if WHO or Ministry of Health (MOH) failed to mitigate the virus,i.e create H1N1 Vaccine, the fatality in Malaysia due to the virus can reach 5000 to 2.7 million people. If that is not enough, Sarawak General Hospital (SGH) is currently not equipped to conduct tests for the Influenza A (H1N1) virus. And the worst still, the upgrading of the laboratory facilities were being planned and funds had been requested. So for the meantime samples were only taken for admitted cases or cases which had complications. The samples will be sent to Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, and the results will be only available in two to three days. If one read about Tamiflu, the only antibiotic that can fight swine flu, the effective time for Tamiflu to fight the virus is within 48 hours. The first fatality of H1N1 in Sarawak whereby a young mother succumbed to Influenza A (H1N1) on morning of 3rd August 2009, eshe was only diagnosed with H1N1 during the post mortem. The young mother might be still alive today if SGH have the equitment to conduct H1N1 test. Another point that all Sarawakians must consider is about the starvation amongst the Penans. For those who are familiar with “Jejak Kasih” a documentary about Malaysian that live under poverty which aired by TV3, one will find that even though some Malaysians are lived under poverty, but none come to the extend of living without food or starving. But this happened in Sarawak, the state that runs by Barisan Nasional which slogan is “Politic of Development”. Recently PM Najib announced that Sarawak will be allocated another RM1 billion for the development in Sarawak. For people in Kapit, Sri Aman, Sebuyau, Saratok (eventhough your “yang dikasihi Jabu” is closed to Tok Uban) you don’t dream to benefit from the fund as 80%-90%) (if not all will be diverted to Mukah). Well…..the choice lies with us all. If we still want to be marginalized by Tok Uban, choose Barisan Nasional but if we want to live comfortably as a Malaysian and fairly treated regardless of our race and religion , Choose Keadilan Rakyat. Arrest of A BN Assemblymen From Trengganu by MACC - An Attempt to pacify the public And as A Scape Goat For BN Bigger Fishes

Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) investigations director Datuk Shukri Abdull said that the arrests of State assemblyman for Kemasik, Rosli Othman, and his aide Ramli Abdullah should not be politicised.
“It has nothing to do with any other case. It is totally a separate issue
and I hope this will not be politicised.”

Teoh was found dead after being questioned by Selangor MACC officers in connection with investigations into complaints of mismanagement of funds for several constituencies in the State. While the cause of his death is now the subject of a coroner’s inquest, his demise had brought about a wave of scathing attacks against the MACC. On the day of Teoh’s death, for example, DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng had launched a stinging rebuke of MACC, calling for the agency to stop its “political persecution” of Pakatan Rakyat, especially DAP leaders and members. His father, DAP national chairman Lim Kit Siang, had also called on Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to “stop the MACC war against Pakatan Rakyat and direct it to return to its original purpose of declaring war against corruption”. Following this, it had been revealed that the MACC had questioned more than 20 BN politicians and less than five from Pakatan this year alone. While the MACC has charged several BN politicians, the most prominent recently being Federal Territory Umno Youth chief Datuk Mohamed Norza Zakaria, who pleaded not guilty to two corruption charges involving alleged vote-buying in the run-up to the Umno general election. No politician from the Pakatan Rakyat coalition has been charged yet. Shukri said Rosli and Ramli are expected to be produced before a magistrate’s court today in Kemaman, Terengganu, to be remanded for investigations to commence on a claim that a contractor had paid a RM20,000 bribe as inducement to secure a landscape project in Kuala Lumpur for one Cekal Sekitar Sdn Bhd. It was learnt that Rosli was picked up at about 9.30am at a hotel in Kemaman, a quiet town south of Kuala Terengganu, with another man. Malay Mail also learnt that MACC officers had found RM5,000 on him. A source said the two were detained at the Kemaman police station and would be produced in court today. The MACC is applying for a five-day remand order to detain them to facilitate investigations. Other than an assemblyman, Rosli, 42, an engineer by profession, also holds the deputy chairman post of the State Local Government and Housing Committee. A graduate of the University of Middlesex in London, the Bukit Kukuran Umno branch chairman beat Pas’ Mohamad Mahadi Nawi in the 2008 polls by over 2,000 votes MACC is directly report to PM Najib. Every action taken, PM Najib must be fully awared about it, and for me they are the Barisan Nasional Dog. Thus whoseever BN Assemblyman being arrest for questionning subsequently wether charge and court or freed without being charges, will be just a scape goat for bigger fish in Barisan Nasional.

Just look at Taib Mahmud, despite so many articles had been written about his corruption practices by the bloggers and the newspaper, but until now he is still a freeman and still making more monies from the state development Project. Look what happen to Tan Sri Khalid as comparison with Khir Toyol?

Dayak Leaders Can Fool The Dayak But Not PAKATAN RAKYAT

Dayak leaders need to accept the fact that they cannot fool their own people as Pakatan Rakyat are watching them. Their latest blunder was highlighted by Penang Chief Minister, Lim Guan Eng. Lim Guang E ng during his visit to Sarawak suggested for the formation of Dayak Endowment Board (DEB) to help the marginalised and the poor Iban-Dayak. According to Lim, with the board in place, the government would not only be helping in terms of money, but also opportunities.
“I’m just saying that we want to help those who have been marginalised. So I do not see what is wrong in helping them. Are we going to allow them to continue to be marginalised?” he said to The Borneo Post during a DAP gathering called “A Night With Guan Eng” at Batu Kawa here on Thursday.
His proposal with DEB has been wrongly intrepated by majority (if not all) of the Iban-Dayak leaders from Barisan Nasional. They did not want to accept the fact that Iban-dayak are being marginalised and amongst the poorest in Malaysia. Some of them even went on and dared Lim Guan Eng to visit the longhouses.
YB Snowdan Lawan, the State Assemblyman ( YB) for N25 Balai Ringin (where Bukit Tunggal is located) disagreed with Lim opinion, and said that the households in his constituency earned a monthly income of RM500 or more (less than 25% where as another 75% under poverty).
“I know my area very well. Many of the children are working overseas earning RM10,000 or RM15,000 per month. I do not think it is true that rural families earn RM200 or less a month. At least, not in my constituency, otherwise they will not be able to have a car or a van to transport their crops to the market,” .
Reported in Borneo Post yesterday, Friday, 31st July 2009.
YB Snowdan Lawan should cut the crap and wake up from your sleep and Stop dreaming. I dare you if you can proof to me that 5% (just 5%) the people from the longhouses in your contituecy can afford to buy Kanchil or van as claimed by you, I will sacrifice by closing this blog, and if that is not enough, I'll throw my vote to you forever.
When I read this YB statement in Borneo Post yesterday, I laughed. How could, a YB of the most poorest contituency in Sarawak dared Lim Guang Eng , a Chief Minister of one of the richest state in Malaysia to visit the longhouses in his contituency. Was it a joke ? To YB Snowdan, do you want me to take the photograph of some of the longhouses in your constituency like Sg. Tenggang, Aping, Dadak, Abok, Empaling, Tekuyong, Ubah, Isu..etc, and put them here in my blog so that the whole world know that you lied to them?
I would like to remind you to STOP using the size of Sarawak as an excuse for not developing the Iban-Dayak. You and your band of f*cking Iban-Dayak leaders in BN have been cheated by Taib Mahmud to use this excuse agains your own people.
We all knew that all of the Iban-Dayak leaders in BN are not clever, but please do not show to the whole world that you all (the Iban-Dayak leaders in BN) are stupid.....
Instead of asking Lim Guang Eng to visit the longhouses, you and the rest of your STUPID and F*CKING Iban-Dayak leaders in BN, should organise a working visit to the two States under Pakatan Rakyat rules , Selangor and Penang. See the developments in the kampong there with your own eyes. Came back from there, and if you are not happy with the development of the longhouses in your contituencies , send a petition to Tok Uban and Alantuya lover request for more development for Iban-Dayak areas.
All the F*cking Iban-Dayak Politicians in Barisan Nasional must now realised that the era where the leader can bluff the voters in the longhouses has past......Please be careful with what you said in the future...

Conspiracy By Najib and BN to End Anwar Political Career-Supporters Will Go to the Street on Wednesday, 15 Jul 2009

DSAI Supporters believe that court case against him is part of PM Najib Agenda to end his career. MALAYSIA'S opposition said it will mount a rally of thousands of black-clad supporters on Wednesday outside the court where leader Anwar Ibrahim is to go on trial for sodomy. Shamsul Iskandar Mohammad Akin, youth chief of Mr Anwar's Keadilan party, said he was aiming to gather 5,000 supporters for a march to the court complex, despite warnings from the government against creating a disturbance. 'We want to have a gathering to show our support for Anwar and to tell the world that these allegations made against him are false and baseless,' he told AFP on Tuesday. 'The government is attacking him because they do not want to see his reform agenda for Malaysia to succeed,' he said. Mr Anwar, a former deputy premier who was sacked and jailed on separate sodomy and corruption charges a decade ago, has rejected the new allegations made by a former aide as a conspiracy to derail his plan to topple the government. In 2004 the earlier sodomy conviction was overturned, allowing Mr Anwar to go free after six years in jail and build an opposition alliance which won a third of parliamentary seats last year in an unprecedented performance. 'Many of the people who were responsible for what happened to Anwar in 1998 are still in power and are involved in this case and are carrying out their vendetta against him,' Mr Shamsul said. Home Minister Hishammuddin Hussein has reportedly warned protesters not to create a disturbance at the Kuala Lumpur court complex where the trial will open on Wednesday. 'If they create chaos and go against the law (to) disrupt security and the judiciary, the authorities will certainly react,' he said according to news website Malaysiakini. Police were tight-lipped on the number of personnel to be deployed at the court, and whether they would draft in the riot police and water cannon which have been deployed at other politically sensitive trials. 'As long as things are peaceful, there should be no issue,' deputy national police chief Ismail Omar told AFP. 'We are prepared for the situation,' he said, declining to elaborate on the size of the police presence. However, other officials said police would begin deploying around the building before dawn on Wednesday, and that roadblocks would be set up around the complex. -- AFP

Taib Mahmud Supports the Coward MPs That Do Not Speak-up in Parliament

Taib Mahmud, the Chief Minister Of Sarawak, Anti-Iban Politician, the most corrupted state head, the richest politician, member of the most successful Melanau family, the richest person originate from Mukah, and of course the longest serving Chief Minister said that he prefers Sarawak BN MPs to maintain their current approaches that is less talk in parliament, because he said, Action Speaks Louder than Words. If the constituencies that the Sarawakian BN Mps representing are very well developed, and the problem of the voters are handled properly, I am totally and 100% agree with Tok Uban. But with the development that Sarawak has achieved so far, the "Action Speaks Louder than Words" does not apply to Sarawak BN MPs. How can we are happy with our MPs who are just keeping quiet in Parliament knowingly that our developments are far behind from all the states in Peninsular? Pehin Seri Taib Mahmud sir. Please EXPLAIN AND ANSWER these Questions and statistics: (1) How many longhouses and kampongs are there in Sarawak that are still without electricity, clean water and the access road (federal or rural roads) ? (2) How many small towns are there in Sarawak without any government clinic ? Please check with YB Snowdan (N25) and YB Masir Kujat (P202) about Sg. Tenggang and Lachau ? (3) Do we have enough Primary and Secondary School especially in the Iban majority areas? Please also check with those two YBs. Sorry I've to quote them as an example because both of them representing one of the undeveloped constituency in Malaysia and secondly their constituencies are near to my heart. (4) Are you aware that 85% of Iban in the longhouses are living under the poverty line? Check my past posting on this subject here (5) Are you aware that Iban are the biggest number in term of school dropped-out or unable to continue their studies in the higher learning institutions due to financial problem compare with the other races in Malaysia? (6) Are you aware that most of the native especially Iban cannot mortgage their lands for business, education, housing loan purposes because their NCR lands have no title? Aren't you and your uncle Tun Rahman are responsible for the "No NCR Land Title Policy" approach since the 80s? I wrote a posting about the condition of one of the Iban longhouse in N25 which is under YB Snowdan, their plight about their housing loan which has not been approved until now possibly because their NCR lands have no title for mortgage. Please check the posting here The above points are not exhausted. How could you agreed with our cowards MPs by keeping quiet in Parliament when you know very well about the problem that we, the Sarawakian are facing? By keeping quiet the ministers responsible will be thinking that we have no problems and our developments in Sarawak are in the same pace with them in Peninsular. Or you have your own motives why you prefer them to keep quiet….possibly so that they maintain their YES MAN approach toward you? I would like to quote what you have said to the reporter when justified on the “Silent Approach” taken by Sarawakian BN MPs in Parliament :- “It’s not the same as anywhere else. You just imagine, Billy Abit Joo (Hulu Rajang MP) covers an area which is bigger than Pahang and has to use either the Bakun road or the Rajang River while crossing the Pelagus Rapids (to reach his constituents),” Please do not use the size of the constituencies that they represent as an excuse. We have been hearing such excuse for more than 46 years (since we were ruled by BN and with Malaysia). Because our constituency is bigger than the size of constituencies in Peninsular Malaysia, relevantly our MPs should ask for bigger allocation from the Federal Government. But if they are just keeping quiet in Parliament, as what had been said by our own MP who is also the Deputy Speaker of Dewan Rakyat, how can we convince the Federal Government to allocate bigger budget for us.

And if the Sarawakian BN MPs are satisfied with our current conditions, I have a strong message to them.. DO NOT SEEK RE-ELECTED in the coming general election. Lets the candidates that are more willing to speak-out become our representatives in the parliament. We have been suffering without developments for more than 46 years. We just don’t want and cannot wait for another 46 years of suffering under BARISAN NASIONAL ! For all Sarawakian, please see these photos properly, these are our coward MPs. Vote Them OUT in the Coming Election

Not all MPs are not performing. Based on my own observation, out of the 31 MPs from Sarawak that we voted to represent us in Parliament, these 4 MPs are always seen and heard loud in the parliament. They are the MPs that we Sarawakian should vote for in the next GE which is due in 2012 or 2013.

Non-Performing Sarawak BN MPs In Parliament - Datuk Peter Chin and YB Nancy In Denial

Dewan Rakyat Deputy Speaker Datuk Wan Junaidi Tunku Jaafar revealetion on non-performing Sarawak BN MPs for seldomly participate in a debate in parliament recieved a negative response from majority of the MPs especially from Datuk Peter Chin and the novice MP, Nancy Shukri.

Datuk Peter Chin , Minister of Energy, Green Technology and Water

Datuk Peter Chin when talking to reporters agreed with Deputy Speaker statement that Sarawak MPs seldomly speak in Parliament but added that debate is only one of many yardsticks to measure the performance of a BN MPs who could articulate the aspirations and problems of their constituencies. But in the opinion of the rakyat/voters, if MPs do not speak-up in Parliament how can the problem faced by their contituencies be known by the minister concern? In order to speak in Parliament, the MPs must really understand the topic that they are going to raise , and they must do a proper preparation and homework otherwise they will be caught with their pants down by the Pakatan Rakyat MPs. This has happened to Taib's Son when he answered the question raised by thye Opposition just by reading from the prepared text.

YB Nancy Shukri - "We don't shout. You don't expect us to speak like the Sabahan MPs, that is their nature. We did not speak in aggressive manner because we have our own way.." . Or Sarawak MPs are lazy to do their homework or they Just Master Yes Man !

Denial statements from Sarawak BN MPs in responded to Datuk Wan Junaidi Tunku Jaafar comment which said that Sarawak MPs Seldomly speak in Parliament ....
To all Sarawakian voters like it or not, these are the quality of MPs that all of us voted for. We have no one to blame except for ourselves.
In order not to choose the wrong MP in the future, make sure that you Vote Wisely by Voting all the coward BN MPs Out....

Useless Sarawak BN MPs Seldomly Talk In Parliament

Sarawak BN MPs are among the least active when it comes to speaking in parliament, thus have very low rate of involvement during parliamentary debates, it was revealed yesterday. Because they are not as vocal or aggressive as their counterparts from the peninsula and Sabah, their mere presence is hardly noticed said Dewan Rakyat deputy speaker Datuk Wan Junaidi Tuanku Jaafar.
“I dare say Sarawak MPs are the least interested to speak. They seldom speak. More often than not their presence in the Dewan Rakyat is never felt because they do not seize the opportunity to be noticed. They must realise that they are representing their constituencies as members of parliament, as such in the Dewan, they should be able to debate on policies and how these policies can benefit our state, etc. “Our MPs should be able to voice their concern over international matters such as disputed territories like the Ambalat islands and the Batu Putih. You must show yourselves as (knowledgeable) all-rounders,”.
Junaidi told reporters after recording a radio show at RTM Kuching yesterday. He further said that the state MPs must no longer isolate themselves from the mainstream of parliamentary practice, “otherwise they cannot be part of the whole system”. He said if they did not actively participate in debates in parliament or were seen as courageous or as aggressive as the MPs from other states, this could affect the people’s support for BN in the next election. In this respect, Junaidi said he admired Sabah MPs whom he described as “not shy to speak when debating motion of thanks to the Yang Di Pertuan Agong’s speech, policy speeches by ministers and any other motion in the parliament”.
“Just don’t sit at the back there so much so that people do not know where you are. You’ll be surprised that some ministers do not know you because you never speak … because publicity (as a consequence of your involvement in parliament".
These are the MPs that Sarawakian have been wasting monies and times on..Next Election remember to Vote them OUT.

Barisan Nasional Sarawak: Sarawak For Sale to UMNO -History Repeated

Sarawak is BN "Fixed Deposit" Said Abang Jo

About 35 years ago, 1976 (Tun) Abdul Rahman Yaakub signed an agreement with (Petronas) Kuala Lumpur to give it full authority to undertake oil exploration and in return, SARAWAK was given a 5 % oil royalty annually. The question is where most of Sarawak leaders at that time (inclusive of James Wong) requested for 15% but Chief Minister at that time, (Tun) Abdul Rahman agreed with 5% oil royalty. One must remember that Taib Mahmud, who is a niece of Tun Rahman , in 1965 was dismissed from his post as a Minister of Communications and Works by Datuk Stephen Kalong Ningkan , who was then the Chief Minister of Sarawak. Taib was dismissed for his role to initiate the vote of no confidence against Ningkan but with the help of Federal government Ningkan was overthrown from his Chief Ministrial job and Taib once again made a minister but with more important potfolio as a Development and Forestry Minister.

Many people believed that the 5% agreement was part of Tun Rahman payment to UMNO for the roles that the party played in ousting Iban Chief Minister Datuk Stephen Kalong Ningkan 10 years back.

Yesterday once again the history repeated. Dato Abang Johari Tun Openg announced that Sarawak is a "Fixed Deposit" for Barisan Nasional. Many believed such announcement was made as a payback to Federal government for a role it played during a just concluded Batang Ai by-election. During the election, Federal government had promised to allocate more fund to Batang-Ai. The promised helped BN to win Batang Ai with bigger majority. And last week just before DUN sitting, new Deputy Prime Minister (DPM) Mahyuddin came to Sarawak to deliver the promised......We had been sold to Najib.

Construction Of Batang Strap Bridge - Between Reality and A Political Gimmick For Closing Ceremony of Pesta Tapah?

Snowdan during the Closing of Pesta Tapah Pantu.
Where are YB Mong and James Jemut Masing ?

Pantu, Sri Aman, 26th April 2009

YB Snowdan Lawan announced that a bridge crossing batang Strap will be built within this year. According to Snowdan, the allocation for the bridge totaling RM 19 million has been approved. The tender for the project should be opened in middle of this year and the bridge is expected to be completed by next year.

These tapahs, are they from here or elsewhere ?

Pesta Tapah panrtu had been held from 24th April 2009 and ended on 26th April 2009. According to Snowdan, the objective of Pesta Tapah pantu is to attract tourists to this small/cowboy town thus help to provide another avenue of income for the residents of Pantu and it surrounding. The opening ceremony was officiated by Francis Harden whereas Closing by Snowdan himself. PRS President James Jemut Masing and YB Mong the PRS Youth Chief were not seen during the opening and closing ceremony of Pesta Tapah. Some PRS supporters met during the Opening and Closing ceremonies informed that there was a rift between JJM + Mong & Donald Lawan/Jabu .

Where are Masing and Mong ?

With the implementation of SCORE in Nothern part of sarawak , whereby most of the development funds been channeled to Mukah, making it impossible for SNOWDAN to start construct the bridge within this year.
Probably the annauncement made by YB Snowdan during his closing speech was just a gimmick and  meant to make the Closing ceremony more merrier. To the people of Pantu or those who are going to benefit from the bridge dont hope too much , the annauncement could be just an empty promised by BN. But if the construction still proceed to YB SNOWDAN, I SALUTE YOU.....but if the promised is empty, to YB Snowdan and the rest of BN YB, I only have this to say to all of you...
" Stop Acting like an empty can"........

M'sia sets conversion rule - Religious Conversion Must Get Both Parents Consent

KUALA LUMPUR - MALAYSIA has banned the religious conversion of children without both parents' consent, news reports said on Thursday, in a major step to ease interfaith conflicts that have strained race relations in this Muslim-majority country.
The announcement by new Prime Minister Najib Razak's administration follows a string of high-profile legal spats in which people who embraced Islam also changed their young children's religion despite protests from their estranged non-Muslim spouses.
The disputes have sparked complaints of discrimination by non-Muslims because Islamic Shariah courts typically rule in favor of Muslims, while secular courts that preside over family matters for non-Muslims say they have no jurisdiction over such cases. Read more here.

Perak Crisis Continues

From The Stars
By CHRISTINA KOH
IPOH: Perak Speaker V. Sivakumar has again suspended State Assembly secretary Abdullah Antong Sabri, this time for issuing notices to convene a sitting on May 7 without his knowledge. Last month, Sivakumar suspended Abdullah for failing to act impartially over the calling of an emergency sitting on March 3. Sivakumar said the notices signed by Abdullah were sent to assemblymen on Friday despite the previous suspension. “Don’t you think it is necessary to consult the Speaker first? Who is the head of the House? It is embarrassing because I was the last person to know. “He didn’t consult me at all and as far as I know, I did not hear anything from the palace,” he told a press conference at his office at the state assembly building here yesterday. Saying he would seek an audience with the palace to clarify the matter, Sivakumar said he believed it was another ploy to belittle and insult the assembly. Asked if he would agree to the sitting if the palace had been consulted, Sivakumar said: “Of course, I would. If everything is in order, I will act accordingly. But until then, I have to have it clarified.” To a question, Sivakumar said that even if someone from the Mentri Besar’s office had obtained permission, the protocol would be to inform the Speaker first. Meanwhile, State Secretary Datuk Dr Abdul Rahman Hashim said Sivakumar has no authority to suspend Abdullah. He said Sivakumar’s position “is only that of an administrative and diplomatic officer with a M52 grade.” “Only the government of the day has the authority to suspend the (assembly) secretary,” he said. As such, Dr Abdul Rahman said, only certain personnel, including he and the mentri besar, acting on behalf of the state government could suspend Abdullah. Assembly regulations require that it be convened within six months of the last session. The last day for that would be May 13. Read more here
